Shipping & Delivery Policy

Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")

1. Delivery charges

You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

the Shipping charges are free within the Kohima district of Nagaland on placing a order above Rs 1000.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within few hours of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time of the ordered products is within 1 day  from the date of shipment within Kohima District of Nagaland. Incase of out of stock of the ordered product, it will be delivered within a period of 5 working days.

 Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you at the time of the order.

Though we endeavour to ensure that the shipment reaches you in time, there may be delays due to the ongoing pandemic and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Damaged / Defective goods

If the goods you receive are damaged or defective or not matching your order, you will be required to intimate us about such cases within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

5. Product Returns
